With over 32 years of experience in the culinary field and 16 years of that time with Hyatt, I am fortunate to have worked with culinary programs and regional ingredients at locations across the country to include Hawaii, Portland, Columbus and Washington and love that I can bring that knowledge to Memphis Hyatt Hotels and begin my culinary chapter in the South.

Jones Orchid

Millington, Tennessee

Jones Orchard was founded by the late HL "Peaches" Jones in 1940. The farm still grows the original peach varieties such as Elberta, Redskin, Georgia Belle, and Indian Peaches that are customer favorites as well as the market's newest varieties. Today there are more than 10,000 peach trees on 110 acres of our 600 acre farm.

Cxffeeblack is a community-oriented, multi-disciplinary, education-based coffee company. Founded in 2019, by husband and wife team, Bartholomew Jones and Renata Henderson, this social enterprise is on a mission to return coffee to its African roots and in the process create an equitable Black future. Cxffeeblack became a trailblazer in the coffee industry by creating an entirely all Black coffee supply chain from Ethiopia to Memphis, TN, the first of its kind.
